Carlsbad Police Department
The Records Division of the Carlsbad Police Department
receives and maintains various reports created by members
of the Law Enforcement Community. Some of these
records are available to the general public due to the
requirements of State Law that makes certain documents
"public information". Some of the records that may not be
available to the general public involve suspect information,
Medical Information, or other confidential information
involving ongoing investigations or documents that have
been "sealed" by the court.

*The Records Division of the Carlsbad Police Department has (15)
working days in which to respond to a records request, however,
most requests will be handled within (3) working days. All prices
subject to change. One "page" is defined as a single printed side of
one piece of paper. (i.e. one piece of paper with information printed
on each side would be two "pages")
